Once a year we give founder Robbert Uyleman a carte blanche where he pushes the limits of hops, water, malt and yeast. This year Rob goes completely bandito and creates a Jackass-like barleywine Frankenstein from mescal, habnero and agave. Brewed especially to get some extra pepper in your r**t (or your throat). This is a Bacchus-defying barleywine full of creativity and caballeros. This vaquero has lost its grip on reality and capitalism.
