Our latest collab with the Michelin-starred Ciel Bleu is a barleywine throwback with a contemporary twist. Sipped long ago by ancient mariners, our barleywine has been reimagined for sophisticated modern tastes with caramelized malts and Mandarina Bavaria hops for a tangerine kick. In stainless steel kettles we tossed in a wicked witch's brew of orange peels, coriander seed, candied pear, fig and licorice root. Enjoy anno 2022, but sip it like it's 1799!
