El Sa-Sabro Familia

Hi Ho Hi Ho, it’s off to Barcelona we go for the fourth stop in our Wish You Were Beer! series. This single-hop is all about Sabro – not Sagrada – a strong and complex hop that has more attitude than a tiki taka prima donna. Our El Sabro Familia is a gaudy Gaudí NEIIPA that has all the drama of a minor catholic basilica. The difference is our NEIIPA is finished.
