Saison - leave that to the French - excuse-moi, the Wallonians - to brew a Farmhouse Ale (but with a fancy name). This is our attempt to make a sez-on that is as crisp and clean as the French word itself.

\We add intensely fruity and fragrant spices including chamomile, bergamot and a bit of ginger. We do everything to elevate this Farmehouse Ale to an aperitif for a social gathering. Not a Saison, mes amies, but a sez-on.
