Hold your seahorses!!! Salty and sour whaaaa???? The medieval kick in our Peach Gose is the sea itself. Yes, the distinctive salty taste in this unfiltered sour wheat beer comes from the brackish sea in our own backyard. Then we added some peaches for juicy warm weather. All in all, our Gose is as salty as a light cookie, as turbulent as winter swells and as pink as a starfish. Aye-aye, captain!
