Returning

Return conditions

  • The item must be exchanged or returned in its original condition, unused, undamaged and preferably in its original packaging.
  • If one or more products were not delivered due to breakage or loss of the products during shipping with our carrier, you may not receive them at home. Therefore, keep a close eye on your Track & Trace information! In case of broken or returned packages please contact our customer service immediately.
  • If the packaging has been opened, the product is no longer saleable. We cannot then take your order back.
  • If you have gone beyond what is legally permissible in order to evaluate the product, we may withhold any resulting depreciation.
  • Na ontvangst van de bestelling heb je 14 dagen bedenktijd om je bestelling te ruilen en/of retourneren. Indien je niet binnen 14 dagen de producten aanmeldt voor retour, kunnen wij de retournering helaas niet meer accepteren.
  • We will make the refund within 14 days of receiving your return. You will receive a refund of all amounts already paid to us, minus the shipping costs paid for the return shipment.
  • We are not responsible for lost or damaged returned items.

Return money

If the return complies with the return conditions stated above and you want your money back (instead of resending the order due to e.g. breakage), all amounts already paid to us incl. the return shipping costs will be refunded within five business days. You are responsible for the return shipping costs.

Cancel order

Because we want to deliver your placed order as quickly as possible, we immediately start packing your beer packages as soon as the order is placed. Therefore, it is unfortunately not possible to cancel the order. The best thing you can do if you really don't want the beer packages is to return them using the instructions above.

Return instruction

You can always invoke the legal cooling-off period of 14 days and return the order. We will then refund the purchase price minus the shipping costs of the return shipment. You are responsible for the costs of the return.

Therefore, to provide you with the best possible service, we have prepared instructions for returning your order. To make your return as smooth and easy as possible, we therefore ask you to take the following steps:

  • Log in with your account on our webshop and go to your orders. Then select the delivered order you wish to return (partially).
  • Select the items you wish to return and then confirm your return request.
  • Package the items as well and securely as possible. Preferably in the original packaging of the order.
  • Include the packing slip with the completed return reason in the package.
  • Clearly indicate the return address received on the outside of the package (stick it on the largest side).
  • Ask for a "shipping receipt" and keep it until your return is fully processed.
  • Upon receipt of the item, we will assess whether it meets the return conditions. If it does, all amounts already paid to us (including the shipping costs for the return shipment) will be refunded as soon as possible.

The return process takes some time. It may take about a week before you receive a message from us. If you have not received a response from us after five business days, please contact us by emailing or calling us.
