Shipping costs

Orders up to €60,- euro are €6,95 shipping costs. For orders over €60,- euro your order will be shipped for free. We ask 6,95 to cover part of the shipping costs and to properly perform the 18+ age check at the door. The minimum order value to place an order is €15,-.

You can choose PostNL delivery (including Saturday delivery) and PostNL pick-up points in our webshop.

Delivery time

PostNL Shipping

Standard delivery time with PostNL is one business day. At peak times the delivery time can be up to 3 working days. You will then receive an e-mail from PostNL with Track & Trace information about your package(s) on the day of delivery. You cannot change delivery times at PostNL.

Track & Trace information

After your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation from us and from the chosen carrier PostNL home delivery & PostNL collection point). On the day of delivery you will always receive an email with Track & Trace information.

ID verification upon receipt of your order

When receiving your order, the delivery person will ask for your identification. In this case, please have your ID Card, passport or driver's license ready. When this package is purchased and no one is home to receive the package over 18 years old, PostNL will not return at a later time to deliver the package. With PostNL, the package will then be delivered to the nearest postal parcel point if you are not at home.

You can refuse a delivery at the door if something is wrong, so the PostNL delivery driver will take it back with him. The statutory return period of 14 days applies. If you want to return something, please let us know at [email protected].

How will my beers be packaged and shipped?

  • All our beers you order loose and beer packages will be packed in one or more boxes. If you ordered loose beers in addition to a composite beer package, we will ship additional loose beers in separate boxes. Our goal is to ship as many as possible in one shipment. However, if you order multiple beer packages, your delivery may be delivered in two shipments. Two examples:

    - You buy two beer packages of 12 pieces: You receive 2 boxes of 12 pieces.
    - You buy a beer package with 12 pieces (11 beers + glass) and 6 single beers included. You will receive two packages here; one of 12 pieces and one of 6 pieces.

  • Would you like to order a beer package to give as a gift to someone? Then keep in mind that you should place it as a separate order to ensure that it will be delivered as one box.
  • All our packaging materials and outer boxes are made of 100% recyclable and sturdy FSC cardboard, ensuring that our beers are shipped in a sustainable manner.
  • All the composite beer packages you order from our web shop feature a cool Uiltje packaging (fun to give) with playful printing and is full of surprises.

Delay during shipment

Haven't received your order yet, but it has been shipped? If so, delivery may take longer than 24 hours. If your order has not been delivered after three days, please send us an email with your order number to [email protected]. That way we can help you immediately. You can track your order at any time using the Tracking link in your account on our web shop. Please keep in mind that we need to receive your report in time (within 14 days) , otherwise we can unfortunately no longer help you with your missing package.

Sometimes something goes wrong during shipping....

Uiltje and PostNL make every effort to deliver your order as quickly and carefully as possible. It can sometimes happen that something goes wrong. If this is the case, we will find a solution for you. Please contact [email protected] directly.

I made a mistake with the delivery address! Can I still change this?

It is not possible to change the delivery address after placing the order. That's because the warehouse immediately starts collecting your order to send it as soon as possible. That is why it is important to check your address carefully after filling it in. Still a mistake in the delivery address? Please contact +31(0)88 623 7095 (Monday to Friday between 09.00 and 17.00) as soon as possible.
 
PostNL came by but I wasn't home, now what?
 
Is no one at home or is no adult able to receive the order? Then the deliveryman will deliver the order to the nearest PostNL collection point. Always check your mail with Track & Trace information to find out where your package has gone. 

Delivery outside the Netherlands

We currently supply our products exclusively in the Netherlands.

The billing address is not correct, can I change it?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to change the billing address after ordering.
