Different types of beer glasses
The importance of the right beer glass should not be underestimated (nor overestimated, for that matter, but more on that later). In fact, according to connoisseurs, certain beers taste best from a specific type of beer glass. A white beer glass is usually slightly tapered at the top to keep the firm foam layer in shape. A bock beer glass often tapers at the top to let the malty aromas run wild, while an IPA beer glass is just a bit slimmer to keep the hoppy flavors. That said, none of this is set in stone. For example, which beer glass goes with which style of beer also varies by country.

While we recognize the importance of the right beer glass, we prefer not to be too difficult. Instead of having a special beer glass for each type of beer, we have one beer glass to enjoy virtually all of our beers. The Vienna tasting glass is an all-round beer glass that, thanks to its shape, is very suitable for hoppy beers, but also does excellent justice to the taste of dark beer.
