In 2015 we found a bank and hundreds of crowdfunders crazy enough to fund our beer mission, and by September 2016 our own Uiltje brewery was up and running.
Our brewery is equipped with a 40HL brewhouse with 4 barrels. We have with 11 fermentation tanks and a capacity ranging from 30 to 100HL per barrel. We have can and keg filling machines that minimize oxygen uptake, resulting in delectable IPAs. Then we have our pilot system, consisting of a nice little 300L pret system for small batches.
