Trackdown was delicious, but Juicy Lucy is gedverdemme good! We take it a step further with our tropical kick-ass NEIPA called Juicy Lucy. A powerful fruity explosion that is strong enough to take on any hot-tempered IPA, but also can most elegantly twist any lager boss around her fingers. We have great expectations for our new core superhero NEIPA. Because this Lucy is freakin' Juicy.

Uiltje Lucy 33cl can starts off with a light, easygoing malt base of Pilsner Malt, Wheat Malt, Flaked Barley, and Flaked Oats. This combination makes the beer smooth and mellow, like a soft cushion for the hops to land on. The hops used include Mosaic, Citra, Citra Cryo, and Nectaron—hop varieties that primarily provide fresh citrus and fruit notes during brewing, without making it overly complex. According to the official ingredient list, it also contains water, wheat malt, barley malt, barley, oats, hops, orange peel, and yeast. The orange peel doesn’t play a leading role, but it does add a subtle, fresh edge to the base. The brewing process remains straightforward: ingredients in, character out, done.
In terms of flavor, Uiltje Lucy 33cl can really be tasted how the malts and hops complement each other. The Pilsner and Wheat Malt keep it nice and light, while the oat and barley flakes add a bit of body. Mosaic, Citra, and Citra Cryo provide the citrus and tropical notes, with Nectaron added for an extra layer of fruitiness. The orange peels add a subtle accent without overpowering the hops. Everything remains clean, smooth, and balanced: exactly what you’d expect from a beer that lets its ingredients do the talking.
