You are holding in your hand a bit of Uiltje lore. Brewed originally back in November 2016 as a collaboration with our Estonian pals at Sori Brewing, Pine & Needles is arguably the most infamous ale we ever made. \n \Here's the story. Two crazy young brewers from Tallinn drove down to Haarlem with a Christmas tree strapped to the roof of their car. Upon arrival, we stuffed their beautiful Baltic pine tree into our Uiltje whirlpool, barks and needles and all, creating the most titillating Strong Ale the world has ever seen. Long after Sori returned home, we were pulling pine needles out of our *sses and sweeping them up off the floor. For the holiday season we are reissuing this outrageous chapter in brew history in a large festive format so you can share both the beer and its story with your friends.
