Waimeamea!

Not a Bonzai Pipeline shout-out to brave Waimea Bay surfers, but a battle-cry for Japanese anime fanatics. This heavily hopped Waimee ale, with all its glorious citrus and pine, is our Super Saiyan moment. While brewing it we went all Goku and screamed ‘Kamehame-ha’ as we kicked some villainous hop ass. Brewed not in cartoon rage but in loving anime fandom. Akira Toriyama, you’re our hero.
