Be Bop A Re Bop Rhubarb Sour
We're going full rhubarb on you with this beer! Our Rhubarb Sour mixes the gritty bite of a Berliner Weizen with a lick of fresh rhubarb. A sip of this Sour is like a kiss from a sixteenth-century Huguenot, meant to be sweet and lovable, but it still has a sour layer to it. Well, that sounds negative, Napoleon himself called the Berliner Weisse the "champagne of the north," and that was even before we added rhubarb. Even you God-fearing Calvinist can toast to that.
