The history of Craft beer

The craft beer revolution began in the United States. American brewers returned to classic beer styles but added modern hop varieties and a healthy dose of daring. The result? Beers bursting with flavor that made beer lovers worldwide curious for more.


Many craft breweries once started at a kitchen table. That also applies to Uiltje Founder Rob converted his kitchen into a mini-brewery, learned the tricks of the trade at Jopen, and founded . in 2015 Uiltje Founded Brewing Company. What started as a hobby grew into a brewery full of hop fanatics.

Where do you begin? Nowadays, there are hundreds of beer styles. The most famous in the world of craft beer is undoubtedly the IPA . Originally, India Pale Ale was brewed for long sea voyages from England to India. American brewers rediscovered the style and made it even more hop-aromatic.
