Our brewers changed course: less coriander, no classic orange peel, but a fresh twist with lemon. And that thyme? It was hand-picked for the tincture (yes, there is video proof of that). We won't get poetic about it. This is simply a beautifully balanced wheat ale: classic at its core, but full of herbs, fresh lemon zest, and just that stubborn edge we love so much.
