This collaboration brew with Uiltje is the follow-up to Light, Darkness & Balance. By barrel-aging it on Ben Nevis whiskey barrels and then freezing it and letting it slowly thaw, you get the most intense flavors. Expect hearty flavors like roasted malt, chocolate, vanilla and wood. Along with the syrupy mouthfeel, this makes it a unique beer.
