What will you do?
- Execute operational tasks and uphold beer quality standards
- Monitor the production process and ensure optimal brew conditions
- Conduct cellar checks and actions, CIPs, and packaging
- Follow food safety standards and personal hygiene
- Participate in tasting panel, beer competitions, and lab tasks
Who are you?
- You are capable of collaborating effectively with others and communicating articulately about the process of brewing beer.
- You know how to brew and pack beer, or you can learn quickly.
- You can focus of the quality of the beer at every step. And you are familiar with working in Google Sheets.
- You follow the rules for safety, hygiene, and quality.
- You have a forklift license and you can speak and read English fluently.
