Dr. Raptor Oak Aged

Whenever we feature Dr. Raptor on our can, you know you’re in for some serious hop business. Dr. Raptor is our ghost with the most. Where ‘normal brewers’ add 2 or 3 hops, our mad scientist adds 6 (!). For this Oak Aged Imperial IPA the Doctor re-engineered a beloved IPA recipe by adding more oak chips than a small Lithuanian forest. It’s a healthy mouthful. Just what the doctor ordered!
