For episode #7 we dive even deeper into the science of hopology by pairing London Fog yeast with two hyper-fruity experimental hop varieties: HBC 586 and HBC 630. Say what? Say hello sunshine! HBC 586’s mango-guava-lychee performs a little Hula with HBC 630’s sweet candy, ripe berry and oh-so-peachy peach. It sips like a spiked batch of Hawaiian punch. For the love of IPA!
